3. Orders & Payments
- By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
- All payments are processed securely through PayHere, our authorized third-party payment gateway. We do not store or have access to your full card details.
- Prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes will be clearly indicated at checkout.
4. Digital Delivery
- Upon successful payment and completion of customization, your digital invitation or event website link will be delivered to your registered email address or shared via our agreed communication channel.
- Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of customization.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate event details (names, dates, venue, etc.) required for customization.
- Luvbee Moments is not liable for errors in the delivered product arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
- It is your responsibility to review and approve the design before sharing it with your guests.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our Refund Policy, available on luvbee.lk. Please review it before placing your order.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, content, templates, and materials on luvbee.lk are the intellectual property of Luvbee Moments or its respective designers.
- Customers may use their purchased digital invitation for personal event purposes only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial reuse of any design is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Luvbee Moments shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our website or digital links, and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from downtime or technical issues.
